We sell the majority of our products at a discount, but we never state artificial, inflated 'was' prices to give a false impression of your saving. We offer genuinely competitive prices, which combined with excellent, friendly customer service makes the whole procedure easy and hassle-free, without being too harsh on your bank balance.

We monitor prices on the web regularly, but you may just find someone selling even cheaper than us. If you see the same item for sale at a lower price then tell us where, and give us the opportunity to match it. Then you can have the best of both worlds - an amazingly low price as well as buying from a reliable and respectable company!

If you see a similar item for sale for a much lower price, make sure it is of the same quality as the item we are selling, and that the company advertising it is reputable and able to offer the good service we will. It is easy for a person to set up a website selling online, but we think YOU would rather purchase from an established company who will have procedures in place to rely on for both sales and returns, staff on hand that know what they are talking about, and back-up to provide after sales support.

As we are an established company we are VAT registered, so all sales come with a VAT receipt. All prices advertised include VAT at the prevailing rate, but we are able to offer tax-exempt sales to those not eligible to pay it.

The charge for standard UK delivery is normally £4.99. Delivery costs are confirmed before you commit yourself to placing an order, and will be calculated once the delivery address has been given.
