Orders can be placed in the following way:
- Online using Worldpay, our secure payment system
- By phone with a debit/credit card
- By post sending us a cheque
- In person

Ordering Online
When you have selected a product for purchase, then 'Click To Buy.' This will then take you through to the Shopping Cart. To add further items click 'Continue Shop' and this will take you back to the department you were in. The item will have been added to your Basket, which shows up on the right hand side of the page so you can keep track.
Once you have added all the items you require to the Basket then 'Checkout' and fill in the Order Form. You will need to read the 'Terms and Conditions.' When you are happy tick the box and you will be shown a summary of your completed order, including the relevant Post & Packing charge, and you will be asked to select a payment option. Please make sure all your details are correct. If you like you can print this before you 'Send Order.'
You will then be given a Reference Number and if you selected the option to pay through WorldPay you will need to enter your payment details. Worldpay is a standard secure online payment system provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland. Your completed Order Form and WorldPay receipt for payment will be emailed to you. Ordering By Phone
You might prefer to place your order by phone, in which case just give us a call during standard office hours and with your credit or debit card to hand.
Ordering By Post
To order by post please add products to your shopping basket online in the normal way but select the payment option of cheque by post instead. You will then get an emailed copy of your order as will we and you can print this out and send it with payment and we can set aside stock while we await payment.
Ordering In Person
If you are local you are welcome to visit us to make a purchase in person. As we are a mail order business we do not have any shopfront for you to browse but goods can be collected from our premises if you know what you want. Please call us in advance to check we have stock of what you require. |
