Returns & Refunds

You can rest assured that if you change your mind about your purchase, the goods can be returned to us within 14 days. It may be the case that you feel you have not made the right choice but you still want a similar product. Well don't worry, that's fine. We are independent retailers and as such stock a large range of products for you to choose from. We can normally provide an alternative product that may be better suited to you, or alternatively you may request a refund of the cost of the goods, less the delivery charge.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

All returned items must be as new, in all their original packaging and undamaged. Any promotional gifts must also be returned or they will be charged at the normal price. Please note that products with software, such as satellite navigation systems with accompanying map data, are excluded from the 14-day money-back guarantee, and are non-returnable unless faulty. We reserve the right to await confirmation of any fault from the manufacturers prior to issuing a refund or replacement.

If you return goods outside the 14 days (but within 30 days) or in any other way not in accordance with these terms, then a 10% restocking fee will be charged to cover any credit card, postage and administration fees. If you wish to return a product we ask that you contact us first for a Returns Authorisation Number and we can advise you on the most appropriate way of returning the goods. Failure to do so may cause delays.
