Q1How can I place an order?
Your can place your order online and pay securely online via Worldpay. Alternatively you may pay by phone, or place the entire order over the phone if you wish. There are no extra charges for paying in this way. Please understand that we cannot offer next day delivery if you are paying by cheque.
Q2Can I collect my order in person?
We operate from a warehouse rather than a shop, but if you live locally you are welcome to collect your item in person. We can take credit and debit card payments in person, but don't forget your PIN for verification.
Q3What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express. You may also send us a cheque or postal order if you prefer. Cash is of course also acceptable if paying in person. At present, we cannot offer credit.
Q4Do you deliver outside the UK?
We are happy to deliver to the Republic of Ireland and most European countries. Please note we cannot deliver to the Americas, the Far East or the southern hemisphere.
Q5Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and all purchases come with a full VAT receipt. We do not believe in advertising prices without VAT in order to appear cheaper. This doesn't happen in the high-street and shouldn't online.
Q6Can you supply to armed forces via BFPO?
Yes, we are happy to supply to serving armed forces overseas. If you are eligible to purchase exclusive of VAT, please order by phone. You may be required to fax proof of your status.
Q7Can you sell ex-VAT?
If you are another VAT registered business within the EU we can supply and charge you exclusive of VAT subject to providing and verifying your VAT registration number. You may be required to fax proof of your status.
Q8Do you sell spares/accessories?
We endeavour to sell accessories for all the products we supply (subject to availability) and usually have spares for most products past and present. If we cannot help we can usually get you in contact with someone who can.
Q9Can you help with installation?
We do not do any installation at our premises, but we do have partnerships with several nationwide installation companies who can come to your home or work and fit your purchase should this be required (details will be delivered with your purchase). We regret that we cannot help with the installation of products purchased elsewhere.
Q10Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
We do not have a catalogue of our products but everything we sell is listed online. This enables us to keep our product range, specification and best prices completely up to date; something that is just not cost-effective in print.
