Delivery
We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of your purchases and DPD courier service for any particularly heavy or oversized items.
Our general shipping guidelines are as follows:
- Items under £25 - sent using first class post
- Items under £75 - sent using first class recorded delivery
- Items over £75 - sent using Royal Mail special delivery
- Items weighing more than 2kg - sent using DPD courier
All deliveries other than first class post will require a signature. We are generally able to deliver to a work
address if you are not always home during the day. If the Royal Mail misses you at home or work they will leave a
card and you can collect your purchase from your local sorting office. Please note that Royal Mail shall not deliver
to businesses at the weekend.
Delivery Charges
Postage costs vary depending on the item and location for delivery, however the final charge is calculated by
the shopping cart before payment is required. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Generally within the UK accessories and small value items (under £30) are delivered free of charge.

Next day delivery is charged at £6.99
Our European delivery charge is £9.99
Next Day Delivery Service
We generally dispatch all orders on the same day if placed by 4pm during Monday to Friday. Depending on the number
of orders to process, we can still get goods out of the door on the same day up to 5pm.
Please call us if you are ordering after 4pm and next day delivery is particularly urgent.
Next day deliveries are subject to stock availability and while we endeavour to stock everything we sell, please
understand that we sometimes find ourselves out of stock due to factors beyond our control.
