We hope you have found information easy to locate on this website.

If you want to know more about Trading Direct Ltd, and why you should buy from us, this can be found on the About Us page, which is linked from the smiley face icon at the top.

The Home page can always be reached by clicking on the house icon in the top right hand corner. The Home page shows the different sections items are divided up into. Click either on the large pictures or on the buttons near the top to reach your chosen section.

Within each section individual products are at first briefly described, with 'More Info' given with another click. Products in that category also appear on a menu on the left hand side of the section you are in. You can buy at any stage.

Nuts and bolts information about ordering, delivery, pricing, trade enquiries and terms and conditions is given on the pages listed at the top of the menu on the left.

Returns / Aftersales policy

Receipt
Your receipt is enclosed with the goods. This details the VAT payable and our VAT number. Please keep your receipt safe, as it is your proof of purchase and as such will be required if you have cause to contact us or the manufacturers.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee
You can rest assured that if you change your mind about your purchase the goods can be returned to us within 14 days.

It may be the case that you feel you have not made the right choice but you still want a similar product. Don't worry, that is fine. We are independent retailers, and as such stock a range of products for you to choose from, so we can normally provide an alternative, more suitable product for you.

In some instances you may request a refund of the cost of the goods, which will be given. Please note, however, that opened software such as map data accompanying satellite navigation equipment is non-returnable unless faulty.

If you return goods outside the 14 days (but within 30 days) then a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If you wish to return a non-faulty product we ask that you contact us first for a Returns Authorisation Number.

Problems
If you have any queries, in the first instance please make sure you have read the instructions enclosed with the product. This is usually the best place to start if you aren't sure you've set it up right, or if you can't get it to do something it should do.

If it is still not clear, a manufacturer's technical help line number is normally given, and these technicians are the best people to help. They have in-depth knowledge of their own products so this means they will be able to give precise instructions on how to use them.

Returns (faulty)
In the unlikely event that your purchase has or develops a fault, it will need to be returned and we will return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the terms of its return to base warranty.

We recommend that all goods are tested on receipt, as no liability can be accepted by Trading Direct Ltd for any installation costs.

If you wish to return a faulty product we ask that you contact us first for a Returns Authorisation Number, and we can advise on the most appropriate way of returning the goods.
