Deadlines
If you order by 3pm we will normally dispatch the same day so you won't have to wait long for your goods to arrive. If you need an item by a certain time or date, please call us and we will confirm whether the item is in stock for immediate dispatch.

Delivery Methods
We use the best next day delivery services as a matter of course for high value goods.

Most items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed By Noon service. Heavy items are sent with Initial City Link Courier on a Next Day By 5.30 service.

Low value items may be sent Royal Mail 1 st Class Recorded or Standard Delivery.

We will endeavour to accommodate special requests for delivery. For example, in some cases we are able to do different delivery services such as 'by 9am' although there is likely to be an extra charge.

We guarantee that we will always do what we say we are going to do. There may be odd instances, however, when matters beyond our control mean that deliveries get delayed. We will do our very best to avoid this happening, but we will do our utmost to help if you are unfortunate enough to encounter any problems.
